marsh_pA good day. 15 contestants. Came 12 and would have been higher but a sandbag split and the resulting fix left me down a couple of places. (I didn't have the energy to try the revised lighter weight).
Couple PBs DL 3 reps in the minute 200kg, sandbag to shoulder 3 in the minute at 100kg.
Drive was fine both ways.
